Does your shop ever close?
Nope! We're always open. I might run out of stock from time to time but will work to restock old products (and introduce new ones!) as quickly as possible.
Where/how are your products made?
It depends on the product!
Fabric and crocheted goods are handmade by me.
I'm working to transition away from non-fabric/crocheted items, but as some of these items are still available in my shop, I'd still like to provide information on these below:
The designs for keychains and enamel pins are made by me, and then I send the designs off to a manufacturer. Once I get the keychains and pins back to us, we package them up to send to you!
Stickers are either designed and cut by me, with a Cricut or by hand, or designed by me then ordered from a manufacturer.
All shirts/baseball caps are screenprinted and embroidered locally (to support fellow small businesses!). Specific brand depends on colors and availability, but the brand will always be listed on the product page.
Do you do custom crochet orders?
Yes I do! If there's a product in the shop you'd like to order in a different color or size, please get in touch before you place an order so we can plan the details together.
If you'd like a fully custom item that I do not have in the shop, please reach out and I can work with you to bring your idea to life!
For all custom orders (either color/size changes or fully custom orders), payment is required up front before I start making the item to account for the materials as well as the time, effort, and care required to make a custom item.

How do the sizes for shirts run?

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping, though this might change in the future.
When/how will my order ship?
All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted (please check social media for when there might be a shipping delay). I use USPS and will include tracking.
**Please note, we will do everything in our control to ensure a smooth delivery and to help track down lost items, but unfortunately in most cases we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered late by USPS. Contact us to let us know if you never received your item and we will do our best to help you sort it out.**
I entered my address wrong! Can I change it?
Please check your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order to ensure your address is correct. If you notice part or all of the address is wrong, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can adjust it. Depending on the location, this may affect the shipping costs.
If you reach out after the order is placed to request a change from a domestic (USA) address to an internation address, I will not be able to accommodate this request and may need to cancel your order.
**Please note, once I have shipped your order, I cannot change the address.**
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
For t-shirts, baseball caps, and pins, yes we do! If you need an exchange or return, please send an email to [email protected].
Exchanges: Please include the reason for the exchange and your order number in your email. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost on the item you'd like to exchange, as well as the shipping cost to send the new item to you. Once we receive the original item we will send out the new one.
Returns: Please include the reason for the return and your order number in your email. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the item you will receive a full refund to your method of payment.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and you must send the item back in an unwashed/unworn/unused condition.
If we receive an item back to us for a return or exchange and find that the item has been used or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For crochet and sewn items, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, but please get in touch if there's an issue with your order.
We do not offer order cancellations for any orders.
I want to order goodies for my whole squad! Do you offer group/bulk discounts?
Yes! For all orders of 8 or more items, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Large order request" and we'll get you set up.
